FREQUENTLY Asked QUESTIONS ABOUT TWIN-TICKET

Yes. Twin-Ticket is a 2-day ski pass. It is valid on 2 days in the Garmisch-Classic area or on 2 days at Zugspitze or one day each in the Garmisch-Classic area and at Zugspitze.

Yes, theoretically that is possible. However, the second day of the ticket is no longer valid in this case because two different areas have already been visited. We recommend visiting the two areas on different days.

The first day of validity is the day of purchase (at the cash desk on site) or the selected day of visit (in the online shop). The second day of validity can be chosen freely, without further registration or similar. However, only during the current winter season 2023/24. The season ends in the Garmisch-Classic area on April 1, 2024 and at Zugspitze on May 1, 2024. It is not possible to transfer the second day to the coming summer or winter season or to refund a day that may not be used.

When ordering ski passes in the online shop, you can choose between two delivery methods:

  • If you already have a KeyCard, you can use the card number in the online shop to reload it with the new ticket. Important: the KeyCard can only be reloaded if no other valid ticket is already saved on that card.
  • Picking up the ski ticket on site: A QR code will be sent by email with the order confirmation. With this code, the ski pass can be picked up at the machines on site at the valley stations (or at the ticket offices).

The Twin-Ticket for students can only be picked up at the ticket offices upon presentation of the student ID.

No, a transfer or withdrawal is not possible. The Twin-Ticket is valid until the end of the current winter season. If the second day of validity has not been used by then, it will expire.

The ski season ends in the Garmisch-Classic area on April 1st, 2024, and on Zugspitze on May 1st, 2024.
