We welcome the day on Osterfelderkopf. On selected dates from June to September, a pilates class takes place on the rooftop terrace of the Alpspitzbahn cable car mountain station at Osterfelderkopf with a breathtaking view of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the surrounding mountains.

TICKETS
The ticket includes one hour of pilates on the rooftop terrace of the Alpspitzbahn cable car mountain station followed by a vital breakfast at the Osterfelder 2000 (including a hot drink).
- 47,00 € incl. an ascent and descent with the Alpspitzbahn cable car
- 29,00 € without cable car ticket (for season and annual pass holders)
Tickets can only be booked in advance via the webshop (until the day before). It is not possible to book at short notice on site.

SCHEDULE
- 8:30 a.m.: ascent with the Alpspitzbahn cable car
- 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.: pilates with Martina Strobel at Osterfelderkopf
- Followed by breakfast at the Osterfelder 2000 and individual descent with the Alpspitzbahn cable car
NOTE
- Osterfelder BergfleX only takes place in good weather. If the event is canceled due to bad weather conditions, tickets will be refunded.
- The pilates class takes place in the open air at an altitude of around 2000 meters. It can still be fresh in the morning and we recommend bringing warm clothing.
- (Pilates) mats must be brought by the participants themselves.
What is pilates?
- Intensive but gentle and controlled strength training for the whole body
- The strengthening focuses on the core of the body, which is constantly active and activated
- Training the deep muscles (especially the abdomen, back and pelvic floor)
- Holistic body training for leg and arm muscles, taking physiological muscle work into account
What do you need for the pilates class?
- Comfortable sports wear that offers freedom of movement
- Pilates mats (preferably thicker than a yoga mat)
- Lightweight sneakers
- Jacket to put on
