- Osterfelder BergfleX only takes place in good weather. If the event is canceled due to bad weather conditions, tickets will be refunded.
- The sports session takes place in the open air at an altitude of around 2000 meters. It can still be fresh in the morning hours and we recommend bringing warm clothing (comfortable sportswear, light sneakers and a jacket to cover up)
- (Pilates or yoga) mats must be brought by the participants themselves.
- The pilates sessions are held in German, the yoga sessions are bilingual in German and English.
Pilates
- Intensive but gentle and controlled strength training for the whole body
- Strengthening focuses on the core, which is constantly active and activated
- Training of the deep muscles (especially the abdomen, back and pelvic floor)
- Holistic body training for leg and arm muscles, taking physiological muscle work into account
Yoga
Yoga, combining body, mind, breath, and spirit, allows us as practitioners to re-connect to ourselves and the world around us through creative movements and postures.
- Explore the mind-body connection through asana (movements & postures)
- Discover the power of breath practices (pranayama)
- Develop strength, mobility, balance, and coordination
- Learn insights about yogic philosophy and how to apply them on and off the mat
