Season tickets and annual passes
All information and prices for the winter and year-round pass, the Top Snow Card, the Garmisch-Classic summer pass and the Wankpass.
Please note: Season tickets and annual passes are currently only available on site at the ticket counters.
Garmisch-Classic + Wank
The following areas and cable cars are included:
- Garmisch-Classic area
- Wankbahn cable car (Open 01.05. - 03.11.2024. Closed during the Christmas vacations. Expected opening 2025 from May 1st)
- Eckbauerbahn cable car
- Cogwheel train between Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Grainau (not to lake Eibsee) as feeder
Child in the family: Valid for joint purchase of season passes by at least one parent (adult price) and their own children.

Top Snow Card
With the Top Snow Card, winter sports enthusiasts have the opportunity to choose which ski area they want to visit, depending on the weather situation, snow conditions and their mood. A total of 90 lifts and numerous downhill runs are available on 213 kilometres of slopes.
The following areas and lifts are included in the ticket:
Zugspitze ski area, Garmisch-Classic ski area, Wankbahn cable car, Eckbauerbahn cable car, Ehrwalder Almbahn cable car, Tyrolean Zugspitze cable car, Ehrwalder Wettersteinbahnen mountain railways, Langes Lermoos and Biberwier mountain railways, Berwang/Bichlbach mountain railways, Mittenwald region
Wankbahn cable car: Open 01.05. - 03.11.2024. Closed during the Christmas vacations. Expected opening 2025 from May 1st

Pass for small children
Small children under the age of 6 travel free when accompanied by their parents. Small children need a valid ticket to travel unaccompanied by their parents. For multiple rides, for example as part of a ski course or similar, we offer two options:
- The winter pass for small children costs € 78.00.
- If at least one parent is in possession of a valid season ticket, the price for the toddler pass is € 50.00.
Note: The passes for small children are available from the start of skiing operations in the Garmisch-Classic area for the 2023/2024 season.
Season parking ticket summer
Annual and season pass holders have the exclusive opportunity to purchase a season parking pass for the winter and/or summer season:
- Rates and validity can be found in the table at Getting here & Parking.
- The season parking ticket can only be purchased in connection with a valid season or annual pass at the open ticket offices od the Bayerische Zugspitzbahn (also retrospectively).
- The parking pass is valid for the registered license plate number and cannot be transferred to other vehicles.
- The season parking ticket does not guarantee a free parking space.
