Hike through snowy landscapes
Winter hiking in Garmisch-Classic
up to and including January 15, 2026
From January 16, 2026, the slopes in the Alpspitz area will be open to skiers. Therefore, the trails will be closed to pedestrians from January 16, 2026.
The cable cars and the AlpspiX can of course still be used by pedestrians.
If the snow conditions in the coming weeks are again too poor for skiing, the paths will be reopened to pedestrians. Information on this will be published here and in the live area.
