End of the season
On March 29th, we end the winter season in the restaurant Drehmöser 9 on Hausberg not only in an atmospheric, but also in a stylish way.
It’s vintage, Baby!
At the Gaper Day, organized by the Bayerische Zugspitzbahn in cooperation with GaPa Tourismus and K2 Sports, all winter sports enthusiasts are invited to show off their most beautiful vintage winter outfit. Everything is allowed. The main thing is that it's colorful and retro!
The DJ's Luis Kuba x Kenneth Kuba provide the right sound and the Drehmöser 9 team takes care of food & beverage for you.

Aftershow in the Lodge at Hausberg
- On Gaper Day in the Garmisch-Classic ski area, the Hausbergbahn cable car is extending its operating hours (last descent at 7:00 p.m.).
- Entry to the Gaper Day itself is free of charge. However, a cable car ticket for the Hausbergbahn is required.
- From 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., a discounted ticket for € 10.00 for the ascent and descent is available at the Hausbergbahn cable car ticket office.
- All other cable cars and lifts as well as the ticket offices (also on Hausberg) close regularly.
- Day ski passes and season tickets are valid for the extended operating hours of the Hausbergbahn cable car.
- The valley runs are regularly closed for grooming from 5:00 p.m.
Best Outfit
All you have to do is come to Gaper Day in your best Gaper outfit!
The expert jury of The North Face will join the audience at Gaper Day and choose the best look for men and women. The winner will receive a complete men's or women's ski outfit.
