„Bavarian Evening“ new at restaurant Sonnenalm on Mountain Wank
An impressive view over one of the most beautiful mountain panoramas of the Alps, congeniality, bavarian music and a tasty bavarian buffet – at the “Bayerische Abend” at restaurant Sonnenalm the Werdenfelser Land shows itself at its best. We are looking forward to welcome you in your “Dirndl” and “Lederhosn”.
First enjoy an exclusive ascent with Wankbahn cable car. Arriving at the mountain you can expect an atmospheric reception at the Sonnenalm terrace. During aperitif one gazes out over the surrounding mountains, the bavarian alpine upland to Bavaria’s capitol Munich. A perfect start for “Bayerische Abend”.
After that a traditional ambience, regional delicacies from buffet and bavarian melodies are waiting for you at restaurant Sonnenalm.
Over the lights of Garmisch-Partenkirchen you get back to your starting point by Wankbahn cable car.
Ascent: From 5:45 pm to 6 pm at Wankbahn cable car valley station, Wankbahnstraße 2 in 82467 Garmisch-Partenkirchen
