13.05. to 17.05.2024 The entire route of the cogwheel train is closed (Zugspitze closed). A rail replacement service will be set up on the valley route between Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Grainau. _______________________________________________ • The Hausberg stop will not be served. _______________________________________________ • The Kreuzeck-/Alpspitzbahn stop will only be served from 13.05.–17.05. _______________________________________________ • For Hammersbach an alternative stop will be set up at the junction Zugspitzstraße/ Höllentalstraße _______________________________________________ Further information on the maintainace times for the cogwheel train mountain route and the cable cars can be found at zugspitze.de
